My love of family and home motivates me to look at how what we do and eat impacts our daily lives. I love to cook it's important to me to find healthy ways to prepare food, with all natural organic ingredients. My recent and ongoing weight loss has made me look at ways to stay motivated, exercise, have a healthy attitude.
